Responsibilities:
  • Financial & Cost Accounting.
  • Project Feasibility & System Designing.
  • Project Analysis and Internal Cost Control.
  • Familiarity with International Financial Reporting Standards.
  • Dealing with Banks and Financial Institutions for Project financing arrangements.
  • Preparation of Project Budgets, Forecasts & Business Plans.
  • Implementation of Company Policies & Procedures.
  • Inventory & Working Capital Management.
  • Development of MIS and preparation of Financial & Management Accounts on monthly basis.
  • Income Tax & Sales Tax.
  • Team Builder with Strong Communication and Leadership Skills.
  • Risk Management reporting.

Qualification & Experience
CA/ACMA/ACCA with 5-8 years post qualification experience of reputable Manufacturing or Project Management Company with having in depth knowledge of Accounting, Product & Process Costing, Financial Management, and tax laws.


Accounts Manager
Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance of Books of Accounts & Preparation of Monthly Financial Reports.
  • Checking of Journal Vouchers, Payments & Receipt Vouchers on routine basis.
  • Preparation of Trial Balance, P&L and Balance Sheet of the Business Areas.
  • Preparation of Project’s performance Reports & Comparison with Budget and Forecasts.
  • Compliance of accounting policies at every Project and Office.
  • Coordination with banks for financing and LC related matters.
  • Inventory Valuation & Fixed asset Accounting.
  • Interaction with Internal & External Auditors.
  • Liaison with Project & Site Management Team.

Qualification & Experience
CA/ACMA/ACCA Qualified or Finalist with 5-6 years experience of reputable Manufacturing or Project Management Company.


Accounts Officer
Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance of Books of Accounts in the Accounting System.
  • Reconciliation of Banks and Inter Company Transactions.
  • Supervision of Payables & Receivables Accounting. Payments to Suppliers & aging analysis of Creditors and Debtors.
  • Booking of Invoices, Accruals, Prepayments and other adjusting entries for the month end closing.
  • Deduction and deposit of withholding Tax and submission of monthly Tax Statements.

Qualification & Experience
M.Com, MBA, CA / ICMA (Part qualified) with 4-5 years experience of Manufacturing or Project Management Company.


Accounts Assistant
Responsibilities:
  • Data entry in the system.
  • Preparation of Payment Vouchers and Cheques.
  • Reconciliation of Staff Advances and adjustments.
  • Stores Accounting.
  • Recording and payment of Employee related claims.

Qualification & Experience
B. Com with 3-4 years experience of Manufacturing or Project Management Company.
All candidates should not be more 45 years of age and must have computer proficiency in MS Office.


Incharge Human Resource Management
The ideal candidate must have successful track record of Talent Management, Training & Employee Development, Performance Management and Organizational Development. He should be able to evaluate organizational effectiveness and align HR Policies and Procedures with the business requirement.
Qualification & Experience
  • MBA or Masters from recognized university.
  • Minimum 10 years experience from national or multinational organization.
  • Willing to travel abroad and relocate overseas.



Incharge Training & Development
The ideal candidate must have successful track record of designing, arranging, developing and delivering training programs, career planning & management and can develop mechanism of measuring effectiveness of imparted training programs.
Qualification & Experience
  • MBA or Masters from recognized university.
  • Minimum 7 years experience in career management and delivering training programs.
