A: Certainly. In case you have already had interviews with the R&S department, you will be reconsidered for a position more relevant to your work experience in future.

3. Which qualification profiles do Descon mainly look for?

A: Descon is an engineering company that is mainly involved in Plant construction, services, maintenance, manufacturing and design. We operate in planning and execution on large scale projects with business support departments to assist them. Therefore we require services of mechanical, civil, electrical engineers/associate engineers along with people from finance, HRM, Supply Chain background.

5. What is the hiring procedure at Descon?

A: Recruitment & Selection department receives all applications which are further shortlisted to match job specification. Interview calls are made to invite shortlisted candidates. After a series of interviews which may include presentations as well, as and when required. Final decision is conveyed to the applicants. Successful candidates are given job offers along with joining intimations.

6. I am interested to work in Overseas. How can Descon assist me?

A: Descon is operating in UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arab and Kuwait. Career opportunities are frequently addressed through advertisements or website. Once an applicant is selected following the hiring procedure, company arranges his mobilization for the area he is selected for.
